About CGPA Projects

A research-driven approach to productive solar land use.

CGPA Projects is a research-driven solar energy and agrivoltaics company developing climate-responsive solutions for more productive land use, agricultural compatibility and improved photovoltaic performance.

We study agrivoltaic methods suited to specific geographical and climatic conditions. Our work combines thermal research, agro-systems, engineering and project-development knowledge for existing and upcoming solar farms.

Core solutions

What we do

Our capabilities span research, engineering and agricultural integration — brought together for practical outcomes on real solar-farm sites.

01

Agrivoltaic Research & Planning

Site-specific agrivoltaic layouts that align solar generation with crop compatibility, spacing and light requirements.

02

Thermal Modelling for PV

Thermal and airflow studies aimed at reducing panel operating temperatures and improving photovoltaic yield.

03

Solar-Farm Assessment & Optimization

Performance reviews and interventions for existing and upcoming solar farms across varied climatic regions.

04

Agricultural & Horticultural Integration

Practical crop, land and irrigation planning combined with photovoltaic infrastructure for productive dual land use.

05

Engineering & Project Consultancy

End-to-end engineering support — from concept and feasibility to implementation planning and stakeholder coordination.

06

Sustainable Environmental Solutions

Climate-responsive design choices that protect soil health, water use and long-term site productivity.

Research-led differentiation

Climate first. Yield second. Land productivity throughout.

We do not treat agrivoltaics as a template. Every layout, orientation and thermal choice is a response to the site — its climate, its soil, its intended crops and the photovoltaic technology in use.

  • Thermal behaviour and airflow considered from the earliest design stage.
  • Agrivoltaic layouts matched to crop light and spacing needs.
  • Performance framed within the operating conditions of the site — not idealised lab numbers.

Proof-of-concept statement

An estimated 5–10% potential improvement in PV output

Initial proof-of-concept results have indicated the potential for an estimated 5–10% improvement in photovoltaic output under suitable site and climatic conditions. Larger-scale trials are underway to validate performance across broader operating environments.

Actual performance may vary according to location, climate, system design, PV technology and operating conditions. These results are not guaranteed, independently certified, patented or proven at commercial scale.

How we work

Solar. Thermal. Agricultural. One integrated view.

Instead of treating each field in isolation, we build a shared view of the site so that engineering decisions, agricultural planning and PV performance reinforce one another.

01

Solar engineering

PV array design, orientation, spacing and structure choices aligned with intended land use and climate.

02

Thermal research

Understanding module operating temperature, ventilation and microclimate response for improved output.

03

Agro-system expertise

Selecting and planning compatible crops, land management and horticultural practices for productive dual use.
